County Air Ambulance Secondhand Books
Here at The Crown Inn we support the Air Ambulance all the year round. We have three large bookshelves in the dining room which are filled with books donated by customers.
We aren't booksellers so we don't presume to price anything. Visitors to the pub can make their selection and then leave a donation in the Country Air Ambulance collecting tin for what they think the book is worth.
We began raising money via the books in October 2007 and in the first year customers donated £2470.
